Jessica was my neighbor, a year older than me, tall, redheaded, and evil. Her house was one bedroom smaller than mine and she lived with her mother who was tall, redheaded, evil, and old. • In what ways was Jessica like her mother?
• Why were the two women angry with the narrator?
