Cambridge Academy

Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and TCKR Labs FZCO ("we", "us") for the use of Cambridge Academy: this website and the B1 Academy, B2 Academy, C1 Academy and C2 Academy apps' accounts when used here. By using the site you accept them. The terms are written in English; where a translation differs, the English text applies.

1. What the service is

Cambridge Academy is practice material for the Cambridge English exams B1 Preliminary, B2 First, C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency: practice exams with answers and explanations, tips, a learning game and tools that use artificial intelligence.

Cambridge Academy is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Cambridge University Press & Assessment, and its exams are not official Cambridge papers. We do not promise any result in an official exam.

2. Your account

Part of the site can be used without an account. To keep your progress and use the rest you sign in with Google or Apple. One account serves the four levels and the iOS apps.

You are responsible for what happens in your account: keep access to it to yourself and do not share it. If you are below the age at which you can accept these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.

You can stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account is done from the app or by writing to us; a subscription that is still renewing must be cancelled first.

3. Free use and PRO

Each level is its own app. Without an account the first exam of every part is open; a free account opens more, as described on each level's pages. PRO opens everything in ONE level and is bought separately for each level.

What a plan includes is listed on the level's PRO page at the time you buy. We may add to or change the content and features of the service; we will not remove what you paid for during a period you have already paid.

4. Subscriptions bought on this website

PRO is a subscription billed weekly, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page: you keep PRO until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

If a payment fails, PRO is paused until the payment method is updated. A subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play is billed and managed by that store, under its terms, and cannot be changed from this website.

5. AI credits

Some features that use artificial intelligence (for example having a Writing answer corrected) cost AI credits. Credits come with an account, with a PRO purchase and with each renewal, and can be bought in packs. They belong to your account, work in every level, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and the balance cannot go above 150.

Answers produced by artificial intelligence can contain mistakes. They are study aids, not an official assessment, and we may limit how often these features can be used.

6. Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase made on this website, write to us and we will look at it. When a subscription payment is refunded, PRO ends for that level and the credits granted for that payment are taken back. If a payment is disputed with the bank and the dispute is decided against us, that level is closed for the account.

Refunds of purchases made in the App Store or on Google Play are decided by that store. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the consumer law of your country gives you.

7. Fair use

The service is for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish its content, use it to train or build another product, share or sell access to an account, try to get around its limits or its security, or use it in a way that harms the service or other people.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses refunds or payments, or puts the service at risk.

8. Content

The exams, explanations, tips, texts, audio, illustrations, software and brand of Cambridge Academy belong to TCKR Labs FZCO or its licensors and are protected by law. Using the service does not give you any right over them beyond using them here to study.

What you write on the site (answers, notes) remains yours. You allow us to store and process it in order to provide the service to you, including sending a text to an artificial intelligence provider when you ask for it to be corrected. Speaking recordings made on the website stay on your device.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided as it is: it may be interrupted, change, or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results in an exam, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters to what you have bought, we will tell you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms, a purchase or your account: info@tckrlabs.com. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
